IVT announces the launch of Lasso, a data collection app as a plugin for its products: Association Online and Nonprofit Online.
Lasso makes complex data collection across connected ?grass roots? organisations easy.
The Lasso App is available for:
- iPad
- Android Tablet
- Desktop, Notebook or Laptop - with Windows operating system
Using Lasso in any of these systems is integrated, real time
Lasso was created in collaboration with the Local Community Services Association of New South Wales (LCSA - NSW). LCSA use Association Online by IVT as its association management system / website.
The need for Lasso was to respond to a review of the Community Builders funding program by the NSW Government (the program from which many LCSA members receive their main funding). The Government made the reporting of occasions of service a condition of funding, and the LCSA saw an opportunity to both deliver this requirement and to provide centres with a tool to collect data efficiently and consistently, allowing simplified analysis.
LCSA members login to the LCSA website to see results in preorganised reports, or download the entire data-set and upload into customised Excel sheets for detailed analysis.
